We are practical, problem-solving Democrats who seek to improve San Francisco for everyone. We are focused on core policy areas to keep families in San Francisco and make the West side—and city as a whole— more welcoming to newcomers.
-
Education and Schools
San Francisco should have outstanding public schools with support for students to excel at all levels and in all neighborhoods. Our district should prioritize student outcomes and providing an excellent education to every child in San Francisco.
-
Public Safety and Quality of Life
All San Franciscans deserve access to safe, vibrant public spaces, and the ability to live and move freely in our city without fear of crime.
-
Small Business
We believe that small businesses should be able to get started easily and thrive in every neighborhood. San Francisco should cut red tape for small businesses, make parklets easier to operate, and invest in activating our small business corridors.
-
Housing
Our future depends on being able to keep seniors, young adults, and middle-income families in San Francisco — along with welcoming newcomers. We need to embrace more housing at all levels of affordability that complements the westside neighborhoods we love.
-
Transportation
To address climate change, improve air quality, and reduce noise and congestion, the city should invest in high-quality public transportation that reduces our reliance on cars and ensures we don’t add new traffic to our roads.
-
Neighborhood Streets
We believe in making our streets safe enough for kids and seniors to walk and bike without fear of speeding cars. We need safety improvements to discourage reckless drivers while still providing people with access to their homes.
-
Parks and Open Space
Let’s activate our parks and public spaces on the West side to provide safe, protected open space for all residents.
